The Sky Blue Dual Purpose GND 0.6 is a unique graduated neutral density filter that adds natural-looking blue tones to white or overcast skies—ideal for cloudy days or washed-out skies. Designed in collaboration with photographer Junichi Date, this filter is based on KANI’s popular Dual Purpose GND series, with a twist.

• Dual-Purpose Design (Soft & Hard in One)
  Flip the filter upside down to switch between soft and hard GND effects—versatility in one piece.

• Natural Blue Tint for Cloudy Skies
  Adds a light blue tone (LBB5 equivalent) to white or gray skies, enhancing realism without overdoing the effect. Perfect for misty, foggy, or lightly overcast weather.

• Controlled ND Strength
  With ND0.6 (2 stops) of light reduction, it balances exposure subtly—ideal for scenes with mild contrast.

• Wider ND Area for Flexibility
  This version features a 33mm ND zone (vs 25mm in previous models), allowing more flexible framing even with low horizons or strong skies.

• Advanced Optical Coating
  Custom-colored coating ensures minimal surface reflection and high image clarity. Note: slight flare may occur in strong backlight due to the nature of the sky-blue layer.
