How to Use

1. Check the filter diameter printed on the front or side of your camera lens.
2. Select the KANI Premium Vivid CPL with the matching filter diameter.
3. Carefully screw the filter onto the front thread of the lens.
4. Compose the image using the camera viewfinder or rear monitor.
5. Slowly rotate the filter’s front ring while observing changes in reflections and contrast.
6. Stop rotating when the desired color, sky contrast, and reflection control are achieved.
7. Confirm the exposure before taking the photograph.

• Check the filter diameter marked on your lens before ordering. It is normally indicated by the diameter symbol, such as Ø67, Ø72, Ø77, Ø82, or Ø95.
• The filter diameter is not the same as the lens focal length. For example, a 77mm filter is intended for a Ø77mm filter thread, not necessarily a 77mm focal-length lens.
• The strength of the polarizing effect varies according to the lighting, shooting direction, and angle of the sun.
• The polarizing effect on blue skies is generally strongest when the camera is pointed approximately 90 degrees from the direction of the sun.
• Ultra-wide-angle lenses may show uneven polarization across the sky because of their extremely wide field of view.
• Polarizing filters may not significantly reduce reflections directly from metallic surfaces.
• This filter is designed to create vivid color enhancement. The resulting colors may differ from those produced by a neutral CPL filter.
